| RAM models developed during the design
process can be critical tools for the management of a facility during
operation. Invariably things are not as they were expected to be
when ‘the start button is pushed’ and the RAM process
can be used for a wide range of applications through the operating
life of a facility.
These include:
• debottlenecking studies
• optimisation of maintenance strategy
• input to budgeting and revision of economic forecasts
• assessing the economic impact of changes to reservoir profiles
• business cases for upgrades and expansions. |
